This product adopts multi-stage cleaning and sorting technology to remove residual food stains, medicine residues and metal impurities from the raw materials, ensuring no peculiar smell and high material purity. The melt flow rate is stable, which can the feeding requirements of high-speed thermoforming production lines. It has excellent thermal forming performance, no warping or cracking during the thermoforming process, and can directly replace virgin HDPE for production. It can help enterprises reduce carbon emissions by up to 38% compared with using virgin HDPE, and realize the circular utilization of plastic waste.

The raw materials come from 100% post-consumer HDPE food and pharmaceutical blister trays, which are cleaned by high-temperature cleaning and friction cleaning before granulation. The melt flow rate is controlled between 5-9 g/10min under the test condition of 190℃ and 2.16kg load. The volatile content is less than 0.03%, the ash content is less than 0.02%, and the moisture content is controlled within 0.015%. The particle size is uniformly controlled between 2-3.5mm, which is convenient for automatic feeding of thermoforming equipment. The tensile strength reaches more than 20 MPa, and the izod impact strength is more than 15 kJ/m², which meets the performance requirements of conventional thermoformed products. It has passed FDA, REACH and RoHS compliance certification, and can provide custom color matching services according to customer needs.

This product is suitable for the production of disposable food thermoforming trays, pharmaceutical blister packaging, electronic component thermoforming trays, fresh-keeping packaging substrates and other thermoformed products. It is widely used in the food processing industry, pharmaceutical packaging industry, electronics manufacturing industry and fresh product logistics industry. It can help enterprises reduce the production cost while meeting the environmental protection requirements, and realize the sustainable development of the packaging production chain.
