The strict thermal sorting and steam sanitization process ensures , meeting the food safety standards including FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011. Unlike other recycled PE granules, ensuring that packaged food products are not contaminated by plastic odors. It delivers comparable mechanical performance to virgin HDPE, solving the pain point of lack of high-quality food-safe recycled plastic raw materials for food packaging manufacturers.

The melt flow rate ranges from 1.8-2.2 g/10min at 190°C with 2.16kg load, optimized for injection molding and thermoforming processing of food containers. The density is 0.952-0.955 g/cm³, matching standard food-grade HDPE material specifications. Ash content is below 0.01% and moisture content less than 0.01%, preventing processing defects. Particle size is controlled at 2.0-3.0mm to ensure uniform feeding in processing equipment. It has neutral, no residual food odors, and has passed SGS testing for food safety compliance.

This food contact grade HDPE recycled granules are primarily used for manufacturing direct food contact products including yogurt tubs, juice containers, food storage boxes, disposable tableware and food packaging lids. Target industries include food packaging manufacturers, tableware producers, dairy product packaging suppliers and foodservice equipment companies, helping them achieve sustainability goals while meeting strict food safety regulations.
