It can provide natural white or mixed color particles to meet the appearance needs of different packaging. It has passed ultraviolet aging test, with good aging resistance, extending the service life of woven bags. Compared with virgin HDPE drawing raw materials, it reduces costs by 28%, providing high-cost-effective and environmentally friendly raw material options for packaging enterprises.

The raw material is recycled HDPE turnover boxes and plastic freight crates, with a tensile breaking strength of ≥25MPa, yield tensile strength of ≥12MPa, bulk density of 0.95-0.97 g/cm³, ash content ≤0.08%, moisture content ≤0.05%, particle size of 2.2-3.0 Millimeters, processing temperature range of 200-240℃, ultraviolet aging resistance time ≥800h, suitable for drawing equipment with wire width of 1.5-5.0mm, particle uniformity ≥95%.

It is mainly used in the production of woven products in the packaging industry, including grain transport woven bags, chemical raw material packaging bags, freight packaging tapes, logistics woven fabrics and other scenarios.
