It maintains good mechanical strength even after UV exposure, meeting the performance requirements of outdoor application standards.
The melt flow rate ranges from 1.5-3.0 g/10min at 190°C with 2.16kg load, suitable for both injection molding and extrusion processing. The density is 0.940-0.950 g/cm³, matching standard PE material specifications. UV resistance is tested per ASTM G154 standard, with no cracking after 500 hours of accelerated weathering. Ash content is below 0.04% and moisture content less than 0.02%, ensuring stable processing performance. It is available in black, green, brown and custom colors to match outdoor product design needs.
