It can customize the melt index and film thickness adaptation range according to customer needs, solving the adaptation problems of different agricultural film production equipment. Compared with virgin LDPE agricultural film raw materials, it reduces costs by 25%, greatly reducing material expenses for agricultural production.

The raw material is recycled LDPE agricultural mulch films and greenhouse films, with a melt flow index of 2-4 g/10min, tensile strength ≥18MPa, elongation at break ≥500%, haze value ≤15%, heavy metal content ≤0.001mg/kg, particle size of 1.8-2.5 Millimeters, processing temperature range of 160-200℃, suitable for blown agricultural films with thickness of 0.01-0.03mm, bulk density of 0.91-0.93 g/cm³, moisture content ≤0.04%.

It is mainly used in agricultural production scenarios, including crop covering mulch films, greenhouse insulation films, orchard insect-proof net covering films, agricultural product packaging films and other scenarios. It is compatible with domestic and overseas agricultural blown film production equipment, providing low-cost and environmentally friendly raw material options for agricultural cooperatives and agricultural film manufacturers, helping them reduce the pollution of waste plastics to farmland and comply with the global trend of low-carbon agricultural development.
