The product has excellent processing performance, uniform plasticization, reducing the broken wire rate during the drawing process. Compared with virgin HDPE drawing materials, it reduces the cost by about 22%, effectively solving the pain point of high raw material costs for small and medium-sized packaging production enterprises, and its environmental protection attribute meets the sustainable purchasing requirements of customers.

The detailed parameters include density of 0.960-0.965 g/cm³, melt flow rate of 0.5-0.8 g/10min (test standard ASTM D1238), tensile breaking strength ≥18MPa, elongation at break ≤15%, ash content ≤0.04%, moisture content ≤0.05%, appearance of natural off-white particles, average particle size of 2.0-3.0mm, basic UV resistance, which can meet the short-term indoor and outdoor use requirements, packaged in 25kg/bag, processing temperature range of 180-220℃, no obvious peculiar smell and impurity residue.
