Compared to ordinary HDPE recycled granules, this product has been professionally modified to improve drawability, with no breakage during the drawing process, ensuring high production efficiency for tape and rope manufacturers. Its enhanced UV resistance allows it to be used in outdoor packaging and agricultural products, solving the pain point of easy aging of ordinary recycled plastics in outdoor environments. The impurity rate is controlled below 0.06%, ensuring uniform thickness of the produced tapes and ropes, reducing product defects. It also has excellent wear resistance, extending the service life of the produced products.

The particle size of this tape and rope grade HDPE recycled granule is controlled between 2.4-3.2mm, ensuring uniform feeding during the extrusion and drawing process. The density is 0.955 g/cm³, consistent with standard virgin HDPE materials for weaving. The melt flow rate is between 0.8-1.2 g/10min under 190℃ and 2.16kg load, ensuring stable drawing performance. The tensile breaking strength reaches over 20 MPa, meeting the performance requirements of most packaging tapes and industrial ropes. The moisture content is controlled below 0.1%, avoiding foaming and air bubble problems during extrusion. It is fully compliant with RoHS and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring environmental friendliness of the production process.

This tape and rope grade HDPE recycled granule is mainly used for producing plastic woven bags, packaging tapes, industrial ropes, agricultural weaving films, and shipping container straps. It is widely used in the packaging industry, agricultural product packaging manufacturing, and logistics and transportation industries. It is suitable for producing outdoor durable products such as garden ropes and construction safety nets, thanks to its enhanced UV resistance. It can replace virgin HDPE materials in most weaving and drawing processes, helping enterprises reduce production costs while achieving circular economy goals.
