The automatic sorting system ensures high purity of raw materials, with less than 0.02% ash content to prevent nozzle clogging during filament drawing. The high tensile modulus and impact strength ensure the produced filaments have excellent strength and durability, solving the pain point of low tensile strength of cheap recycled plastic filaments. It meets ISO 14001 environmental management standards, making it suitable for bulk procurement by large-scale rope and woven bag manufacturers.

The melt flow rate ranges from 2.0-2.5 g/10min at 190°C with 2.16kg load, optimized for drawing and filament extrusion equipment. The density is 0.948-0.952 g/cm³, matching standard HDPE drawing material specifications. Particle size is controlled at 2.5-3.5mm to ensure uniform feeding in extruders. Ash content is below 0.02% and moisture content less than 0.015%, preventing nozzle blockage during high-temperature drawing. It is available in white, natural and custom colors to meet different product appearance needs.

This HDPE recycled drawing grade granules are primarily used for producing plastic filaments, woven bags, industrial ropes, fishing nets and geotextile fabrics. Target industries include woven packaging manufacturers, rope and cordage producers, fishing gear companies and geosynthetic material suppliers, helping them reduce raw material costs while achieving sustainability goals.
