This product adopts precise proportional blending technology to give full play to the rigidity of HDPE and the flexibility of LLDPE, ensuring excellent tensile performance and no breaking or fuzzy yarn in the drawing process. It adopts electrostatic separation and magnetic separation technology to remove impurities, ensuring extremely low impurity content. The melt flow rate is stable, which can perfectly match the feeding requirements of high-speed drawing production lines. It can directly replace virgin blended PE materials for production, reducing the production cost for enterprises while realizing the circular utilization of plastic waste.

The raw materials are 70% post-consumer HDPE shopping bags and 30% post-consumer LLDPE woven sacks, which are blended and granulated after sorting and cleaning. The melt flow rate is controlled between 1.5-3.0 g/10min under the test condition of 190℃ and 2.16kg load. The ash content is less than 0.025%, and the moisture content is controlled within 0.02%. The particle size is uniformly controlled between 2.5-4mm, which is convenient for automatic feeding of drawing equipment. The tensile strength reaches more than 18 MPa, and the elongation at break is more than 400%, which meets the performance requirements of conventional plastic drawing products. It has passed REACH and RoHS environmental protection certification, and can provide custom color matching services according to customer needs.
