Compared with ordinary HDPE recycled particles, this product improves the impact resistance and low temperature resistance of the material by adding elastomer modifier. The Charpy notch impact strength is ≥8kJ/m², which can meet the use requirements of industrial parts, auto parts and other products. Its plasticizing performance is stable, and no additional toughening agent is needed during the processing, reducing the production process and cost. Compared with virgin high impact PE materials, it reduces the procurement cost by about 20%, effectively solving the pain point of high raw material costs for small and medium-sized industrial product manufacturers, and its environmental protection attribute meets the sustainable purchasing requirements of customers.

The detailed parameters include density of 0.945-0.955 g/cm³, melt flow rate of 0.8-1.5 g/10min (test standard ASTM D1238), Charpy notch impact strength ≥8kJ/m², low temperature resistance up to -30℃, ash content ≤0.04%, moisture content ≤0.05%, appearance of off-white particles, average particle size of 2.0-3.0mm, packaged in 25kg/bag, processing temperature range of 170-220℃, no peculiar smell and harmful impurity residue, compliant with ROHS environmental protection standards.

It is mainly used in the production of plastic products with high requirements for impact resistance, including industrial parts, auto interior accessories, small household appliance shells, sports equipment accessories, storage turnover boxes and so on. The target industries include industrial manufacturing, auto parts industry, household appliance manufacturing industry and so on. The typical usage scenario is that small and medium-sized processing factories purchase this material, and produce various products requiring impact resistance through injection molding or extrusion process, and can also be mixed with virgin HDPE in proportion to balance product performance and procurement cost.
