Unlike low-quality recycled PE granules, this product undergoes strict multi-stage sorting and cleaning to remove impurities and foreign materials, ensuring consistent particle size and stable material properties. The pyrolysis-free recycling process avoids harmful volatile emissions, making it compliant with global environmental standards. It delivers comparable impact resistance and tensile strength to virgin HDPE, solving the pain point of high cost of virgin plastic raw materials for small and medium-sized manufacturers, while meeting their sustainability sourcing requirements.

The melt flow rate ranges from 1.7-2.3 g/10min tested at 190°C with 2.16kg load, matching standard injection molding processing parameters. The density falls between 0.950-0.955 g/cm³, consistent with standard HDPE material density. Particle size is controlled at 2.0-4.0mm to ensure smooth feeding in injection molding machines. Ash content is kept below 0.03% and moisture content less than 0.02%, preventing foaming or defects during molding. It is available in natural, black and custom colors to meet different product appearance needs, with certifications including RoHS, REACH and non-food contact FDA approval.

This HDPE recycled injection grade granules are primarily used for manufacturing injection molded household goods such as plastic buckets, storage boxes, kitchen utensils and small automotive interior components. It is also suitable for producing industrial packaging parts, toy components and gardening tool handles.
