The active filter system during pelletizing removes 99% of foreign contaminants including paper, ink residues and micro-impurities, ensuring high clarity and consistency for blown film production. The high elongation at break over 500% ensures the produced films have excellent tear resistance, solving the common issue of easy tearing of low-quality recycled plastic films. It meets indirect food contact standards, making it suitable for packaging fresh produce and dry goods, while its low moisture content prevents film bubbling during extrusion processing.

The melt flow rate ranges from 3.2-4.0 g/10min at 190°C with 2.16kg load, optimized for standard blown film extrusion equipment. The density is 0.918-0.922 g/cm³, matching virgin LDPE film material specifications. Particle size is controlled at 2.0-3.5mm to ensure uniform feeding and consistent film thickness. Ash content is below 0.025% and moisture content less than 0.01%, preventing processing defects. It is available in translucent, natural and custom tinted colors to match different packaging design needs.

This LDPE recycled blown film grade granules are primarily used for producing flexible packaging films including grocery bags, fresh produce bags, bread wrapping films and industrial liner films. Target industries include flexible packaging manufacturers, food packaging suppliers, retail packaging companies and agricultural film producers, helping them adopt circular economy practices while meeting consumer demand for sustainable packaging materials.
