Adopting embedded anti-static masterbatch addition technology to achieve durable anti-static performance, with surface resistivity stable in the range of 10^6-10^9 Ω, effectively discharging static charges and avoiding electrostatic damage to electronic components during transportation and storage. The tensile strength and impact strength meet the load-bearing and anti-fall requirements of packaging trays and protective bags. It can provide black or natural color particles to meet the appearance needs of different packaging. Compared with virgin anti-static PE granules, it reduces costs by 35%, greatly reducing the raw material expenses of electronic packaging enterprises. It has passed RoHS 2.0 environmental protection certification, and phthalates, complying with EU electronic packaging environmental standards.

The raw material is mixed recycled PE post-consumer plastic waste, with surface resistivity of 10^6-10^9 Ω, tensile strength ≥19MPa, cantilever beam impact strength ≥15kJ/m², melt flow index of 5-7 g/10min, friction coefficient ≤0.35, particle size of 2.0-3.0 Millimeters, processing temperature range of 170-210℃, moisture content ≤0.04%, complying with RoHS 2.0 environmental protection certification standards, bulk density of 0.92-0.94 g/cm³.

It is mainly used in electrostatic protective packaging scenarios in the electronic industry, including electronic component packaging trays, ESD protective packaging bags, mobile phone and computer accessory packaging inner trays, integrated circuit transportation packaging and other scenarios. It is compatible with domestic and overseas injection molding and blown film production equipment, providing environmentally friendly and electrostatic protective raw material options for electronic manufacturing enterprises and electronic packaging manufacturers, helping them meet the electrostatic protection standards of the electronic industry, reduce packaging costs and reduce plastic waste emissions.
