Adopting precise additive addition technology to adjust the ring stiffness and pressure resistance of the pipes, reaching 1.6MPa hydrostatic pressure resistance, meeting the usage standards of civil water supply pipes. It has passed GB/T 17219 and NSF 61 food contact safety certifications, and can be used for drinking water delivery pipes. It has passed low-temperature brittleness test, with a brittleness temperature as low as -70℃, suitable for pipe use in northern cold regions. It can provide black (with standard carbon black content) or natural color particles to meet different pipe appearance needs. Compared with virgin HDPE pipe raw materials, it reduces costs by 22%, balancing environmental benefits and economic value.

The raw material is recycled HDPE water pipe scrap and waste pipes, with ring stiffness ≥8kN/m², tensile strength ≥22MPa, hydrostatic pressure resistance ≥1.6MPa at 20℃ for 1000h, complying with GB/T 17219 and NSF 61 food contact standards, carbon black content of 2.0-2.5% for black grade, particle size of 2.0-3.0 Millimeters, processing temperature range of 210-230℃, low temperature brittleness temperature ≤-70℃, moisture content ≤0.03%, bulk density of 0.94-0.96 g/cm³.

It is mainly used in municipal water supply pipes, civil drainage pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes, buried communication protection pipes and other scenarios. It is compatible with domestic and overseas HDPE pipe extrusion production equipment, providing environmentally friendly and compliant pipe raw material options for pipe manufacturers and municipal engineering companies, helping them meet the environmental regulations of domestic and overseas markets and reduce material costs for pipe production.
