Compared with ordinary recycled granules, this product uses multi-stage impurity removal technology to control ash and impurity rates at an ensuring that the surface of injection molded products is smooth and free of black spots. It has passed FDA and EU food contact safety certifications, and can directly come into contact with dry foods and oily foods without additional coatings. It adopts customized melt index adjustment technology, which is compatible with mainstream precision injection molding equipment and shortens the molding cycle by more than 12%. It can adjust color and particle size according to customer needs, solving customized production pain points. At the same time, it reduces material costs by more than 30% compared with virgin HDPE pellets, balancing environmental benefits and economic value.

The raw material is with a melt flow index of 8-10 g/10min, ash content ≤0.05%, moisture content ≤0.03%, impurity rate ≤0.01%, particle size of 2.0-3.0 Millimeters, bulk density of 0.94-0.96 g/cm³, processing temperature range of 180-220℃, tensile yield strength ≥20MPa, elongation at break ≥300%, complying with FDA 21 CFR Part 177.1520 and EU 10/2011 food contact material standards.

It is mainly used in food-contact injection molded products, including disposable lunch boxes, fresh-keeping storage boxes, beverage bottle caps, food packaging inner trays, kitchen utensil handles and other scenarios. It is compatible with domestic and overseas mainstream injection molding production equipment, providing environmentally friendly and sustainable raw material options for food packaging enterprises and catering product manufacturers, helping them reduce their carbon footprint and meet environmental compliance requirements of European and American markets.
