This product is refined from natural Brazilian carnauba wax, with ultra-fine particle size and excellent dispersibility. Its melting point is compatible with the heating process of makeup processing, which can improve the gloss and hardness of lipstick, the anti-caking property of powder cake, and solve the pain points of traditional wax powder such as easy agglomeration and uneven gloss in makeup systems. It is non-irritating, complies with EU cosmetic regulations and international safety standards, and will not cause adverse reactions to human skin.
The particle size distribution is D10=4μm, D90=12μm, with D50 controlled at 7-9μm. The melting point is 84-85℃, moisture content ≤0.07%, acid value 6-8mg KOH/g, saponification value 79-87mg KOH/g. The contents of heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury) are ≤5ppm, ≤2ppm, ≤1ppm respectively. It is packaged in 5kg cosmetic-grade aluminum foil bags, with a shelf life of 36 months when stored in a cool and dry place. All performance indicators meet the requirements of international cosmetic raw material standards.
It is suitable for gloss thickener of lipstick and lip gloss, anti-caking auxiliary of powder cake and loose powder, setting agent of mascara, texture regulator of sunscreen lotion, and hand feeling improver of skin care cream. It can also be used as a glazing agent for nail polish, improving its surface hardness and gloss.
