It is prepared by airflow ultra-fine crushing technology, with a uniform particle size distribution in the range of 5-15μm, avoiding surface pits on products caused by large particles. Its excellent thermal stability can withstand processing temperatures up to 280℃, and will not decompose and produce harmful substances at high temperatures. Compared with traditional stearic acid-based lubricants, this micronized PE wax will not precipitate to the product surface to form oil stains, can maintain the appearance of the product clean for a long time, while improving the demolding speed of injection molded parts, reducing production energy consumption and defective product rate.

It appears as a white ultra-fine powder, with an average particle size of 8μm, a melting point of 102-110℃, a volume density of 0.48g/cm³, a friction coefficient of 0.12, a moisture content of ≤0.1%, volatile content of ≤0.3%, a thermal decomposition temperature of ≥300℃. It is packaged in moisture-proof composite paper bags, with a net weight of 20 Kilograms per bag.

It is widely used in PVC pipes, PE blown films, ABS injection molded home appliance accessories, rubber mold release agents and other scenarios, improving the fluidity of plastic processing, reducing equipment wear, while improving the surface gloss and smooth feel of products, meeting the appearance requirements of high-end plastic products.
