This product is made of synthetic paraffin wax through micronization treatment, with uniform particle size and good fluidity. It has excellent compatibility with most 3D printing filament matrices, and only 2-5% addition can significantly improve the printing effect. It has no irritating odor, will not affect the mechanical properties of printed parts, and is packaged in vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags to avoid moisture absorption which may affect the printing effect. It can effectively solve the common problems of FDM 3D printing, such as poor filament fluidity, uneven layer bonding, and rough surface.

The particle size distribution is D10=5μm, D90=18μm, with D50 controlled at 11-13μm. The melting point is 72-74℃, bulk density 0.42-0.44g/cm³, moisture content ≤0.04%, ash content ≤0.01%, benzene series content ≤0.01%. It is packaged in 1kg vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags, with a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool and dry place. All performance indicators meet the requirements of 3D printing auxiliary materials standards.
It is suitable for PLA 3D printing filament modification, ABS printing filament fluency improvement, PETG printing surface finish improvement, industrial grade 3D printing filament custom modification, and desktop 3D printer filament optimization. It can also be used for modifying high-speed printing filaments, improving the printing speed and quality of 3D printers.
