Compared with synthetic wax powders, this natural carnauba wax powder has unique advantages in gloss and feel, which can significantly improve the surface luster of coatings and cosmetics. It adopts superfine grinding technology to ensure uniform particle size, avoiding uneven coating caused by large particles. With kosher and halal certification, it meets the religious and food safety requirements of global high-end markets. It solves the pain points of low gloss and poor feel of ordinary synthetic wax products, providing a luxurious and durable surface finish for end products.
The particle size is strictly controlled with D90 not exceeding 15μm, ensuring excellent dispersion in solvent-based coatings and cosmetic formulations. The melting point is 82-86℃, which is suitable for low-temperature processing scenarios such as candle manufacturing and cosmetic lipstick base preparation. The acid value and saponification value are within the standard range of natural carnauba wax, ensuring good compatibility with various resin and oil systems. The moisture content is controlled below 0.2% to prevent product deterioration during storage.
Mainly applicable to high-end furniture varnish, car wax, cosmetic lipstick, food fruit polishing and pharmaceutical tablet coating. Typical use cases include adding 1-3% of this wax powder to car wax formulas to improve the water resistance and gloss of the coating; mixing into lipstick bases to enhance the smoothness and wear resistance of the product; and using in fruit polishing to extend the freshness period of fruits while meeting food safety standards.
