Compared with ordinary polyethylene wax powder, this oxidized version has improved hydrophilicity, making it easy to disperse in water-based systems, solving the pain point of poor compatibility between traditional wax powders and water-based formulations. It has moderate acid value, which can improve the adhesion between coatings and substrates, and enhance the scratch resistance of water-based coatings. It meets REACH environmental protection standards, making it suitable for export to the European market. Its good anti-blocking performance can prevent the adhesion of paper and plastic films during storage and transportation.

The particle size is controlled between 6-9μm, ensuring uniform dispersion in water-based coatings and paper sizing agents. The melting point is 100-110℃, which is suitable for the drying temperature of most water-based coatings. The acid value is 12-18 mgKOH/g, which can improve the compatibility with water-based resins. The water dispersibility is over 95%, ensuring that the wax powder can be fully dissolved in water-based systems without leaving visible particles.
Mainly applicable to water-based architectural coatings, paper surface sizing, textile softening agent and plastic film anti-blocking treatment. Typical use cases include adding 1-2% of this wax powder to water-based interior wall coatings to improve the stain resistance and scratch resistance of the coating; mixing into paper sizing agents to improve the water resistance and printability of paper; and using in plastic packaging films to prevent adhesion between layers during storage.
