Post RFQ
This product is made of polypropylene wax through micronization process, with narrow particle size distribution and excellent dispersibility. It has high temperature resistance, adapting to the baking process of coatings, and extremely low VOC content, complying with environmental protection coating standards. Compared with traditional wax paste forms, the powder form is easier to store and feed, and can be directly added to the coating system without pre-emulsification. It can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the coating film, improve its scratch resistance and wear resistance, and adjust the surface gloss from matte to semi-gloss as needed.

The particle size distribution is D10=8μm, D90=28μm, with D50 controlled at 17-19μm. The melting point is 141-144℃, density 0.90-0.92g/cm³, acid value ≤0.25mg KOH/g, pencil hardness 2H, VOC content ≤0.08%, ash content ≤0.03%. It is packaged in 20kg paper-plastic composite bags, with a shelf life of 30 months when stored in a ventilated and dry environment. All performance indicators meet the standards of international coating auxiliary agents.
It is suitable for wear-resistant auxiliary agent of water-based architectural coatings, scratch-resistant agent of solvent-based wood coatings, gloss regulator of automotive original paint, anti-slip auxiliary agent of industrial coatings, and surface wear-resistant modification of inks. It can also be used as a matting agent for high-gloss coatings, reducing the surface gloss of the coating film as needed.
