Focusing on solving the common problems of plastic product surface roughness, coating scratch resistance and ink leveling defects, this product uses refined high-density polyethylene as raw material, processed through superfine grinding technology with precise particle size control. Its low acid value and high thermal stability ensure long-term stable performance in high-temperature processing environments, without producing harmful volatile substances. Compared with ordinary wax powders, it has better dispersibility in resin systems, reducing agglomeration and improving the overall performance of downstream products. It also meets FDA food contact certification, making it suitable for food packaging-related production scenarios.

The product has a uniform particle size distribution with D50 controlled between 5-10μm, ensuring consistent dispersion effect in various solvent or resin systems. The melting point ranges from 135 to 145℃, matching the processing temperature of most common engineering plastics and water-based/ solvent-based coatings. The relative density is 0.95-0.97 g/cm³, making it easy to mix with other raw materials without causing sedimentation. The moisture and volatile content are strictly controlled below 0.1% and 0.2% respectively, avoiding foaming and porosity issues during product processing.
Mainly applicable to plastic modification, masterbatch production, water-based wood coatings, offset inks and food packaging film processing. Typical use scenarios include adding 0.5-2% of this wax powder to polyethylene masterbatch to improve the surface gloss and scratch resistance of plastic products; adding to water-based floor coatings to enhance slip resistance and smooth finish; and using in food packaging films to meet FDA safety standards and improve the processing efficiency of the production line.
