Adopting ultra-high pressure homogenization micronization technology, this product has an extremely narrow particle size distribution and ultra-fine particle size, ensuring uniform dispersion in various systems. Its friction coefficient is as low as 0.05-0.10, which is significantly lower than traditional wax additives, significantly improving the wear resistance and anti-friction performance of coatings and plastic products. It has excellent high temperature resistance, maintaining stable performance at temperatures up to 260℃, and can be used in high-temperature processing scenarios without decomposition. The modified treatment improves the compatibility of PTFE wax with other resins, solving the problem of poor dispersion of pure PTFE powder in conventional resin systems.

The product has a particle size distribution with D50 ranging from 2 to 4μm and D90 no more than 8μm, with a melting point of 327℃. Its specific surface area is 8 to 12 m²/g, density is 2.1 to 2.3 g/cm³, and hardness is Shore D 60. Volatile matter content is ≤0.05% after heating at 105℃ for 2 hours, with a moisture content ≤0.03%. It appears as a gray-white, free-flowing fine powder, with a friction coefficient of 0.05 to 0.10. Standard packaging is 10kg food-grade plastic drums, with custom bulk packaging options available.
This modified micronized PTFE wax is mainly used as a wear-resistant and anti-friction additive in high-performance industrial coatings, improving the scratch resistance and service life of the coating film. It is also applied in plastic product production, such as engineering plastic parts, to reduce friction between moving parts and improve the service life of the products. Additionally, it can be used in mechanical seal components to improve the sealing performance and wear resistance of the seals. It is suitable for high-performance coating enterprises, engineering plastic manufacturers, mechanical parts factories, and other related industries that require ultra-high wear resistance performance.
