Compared with ordinary polyethylene wax, this product has higher softening point and heat resistance, can maintain stable performance in high-temperature processing environments above 180℃, avoiding decomposition and discoloration. It has excellent dispersibility, can uniformly disperse pigments and fillers in plastic and ink systems, improving the coloring uniformity and surface gloss of finished products. It can also reduce the friction between processing equipment and materials, reduce equipment wear, and extend the service life of the production line. In addition, it has good water resistance and chemical stability, and will not react with most additives and resins, ensuring the stability of the product formula.

The specific technical parameters are as follows: melting point between 115 and 125℃, acid value ranging from 15 to 25 mgKOH/g, penetration between 2 and 5 dmm, density between 0.96 and 0.98 g/cm³, volatile content ≤0.2%, molecular weight distributed between 2000 and 3500, appearance as pale yellow uniform particles, saponification value between 20 and 30 mgKOH/g, softening point between 108 and 118℃. It has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, EVA and other common resins, and can be directly added to the production formula according to the proportion of 0.5-3%. The product is packaged in 25kg woven bags with moisture-proof lining, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

This product is mainly used in plastic processing industry, such as the production of PVC profiles, PE pipes, plastic masterbatches, etc., where it can improve the processing fluidity of materials and reduce the energy consumption of production. In the ink industry, it can be used as a matting agent and lubricant for water-based and solvent-based inks, improving the scratch resistance and surface smoothness of printed matter. It can also be used as a release agent for rubber products, improving the demolding efficiency of rubber parts and reducing the defect rate of finished products. In addition, it can also be applied to the surface treatment of wood products and paper products to improve their water resistance and gloss.
