Compared with traditional petroleum-based wax powders, Fischer-Tropsch wax has higher purity and lower acid value, which will not corrode processing equipment or affect the color of downstream products. It adopts superfine grinding technology to ensure uniform particle size, improving the dispersibility in rubber and adhesive systems. Its low VOC content meets the environmental protection requirements of the European and American markets, solving the pain point of excessive volatile organic compounds in common wax products. It also has excellent lubrication performance, reducing the energy consumption of processing equipment and improving the production efficiency.

The particle size distribution is precise with D50 between 8-12μm, ensuring consistent mixing effect in rubber compounds and adhesive formulas. The melting point is 105-115℃, which is suitable for the processing temperature of most synthetic rubbers and hot melt adhesives. The relative density is 0.90-0.92 g/cm³, making it easy to mix with other raw materials without causing stratification. The moisture content is strictly controlled below 0.05%, avoiding foaming during high-temperature processing.
Mainly applicable to tire production, rubber seal manufacturing, hot melt adhesive production and electronic component packaging. Typical use scenarios include adding 0.3-1% of this wax powder to tire formulas to improve the demolding performance of green tires; mixing into hot melt adhesives to improve the bonding strength and open time of the adhesive; and using in electronic packaging materials to improve the scratch resistance of the packaging film.
