Compared with ordinary industrial polyethylene wax, this food-grade product strictly controls heavy metal residues and volatile content, and has passed FDA and EU food contact safety certifications. Its unique narrow molecular weight distribution ensures stability during processing, and it can be evenly dispersed in the plastic matrix, effectively reducing the friction coefficient of products, improving demolding efficiency, and will not affect food flavor. For the needs of the food packaging field, this wax can also improve the moisture resistance and scratch resistance of packaging films, extending the shelf life of food.

It appears as a white granular solid with a particle size range of 2-5mm, a melting point interval of 105-115℃, an acid value of ≤0.5mg KOH/g, a density of 0.95-0.97g/cm³, volatile content of ≤0.5%, heavy metal content in compliance with EU ROHS standards. It is packaged in food-grade PE lined bags, with a net weight of 25 Kilograms per bag.

It is mainly used in food packaging composite films, disposable food-contact plastic tableware, edible oil processing equipment lubricating coatings, food-grade plastic accessories for children's toys and other scenarios, helping manufacturers meet global food contact safety compliance requirements, and improving the use safety and durability of products.
