Post RFQ
This product is specially developed for polypropylene processing, with high compatibility with polypropylene resins, solving the pain point of poor dispersion of ordinary wax powders in polypropylene systems. It has high melting point and thermal stability, which can maintain good lubrication effect in the high-temperature processing environment of polypropylene (180-200℃). It has low acid value, which will not cause corrosion to processing equipment or affect the appearance of polypropylene products. Compared with other wax powders, it can significantly improve the demolding performance of polypropylene products and reduce the production cost of plastic processing enterprises.

The particle size is controlled between 7-11μm, ensuring uniform dispersion in polypropylene resin systems. The melting point is 140-150℃, which matches the processing temperature of polypropylene plastic. The relative density is 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, making it easy to mix with polypropylene resin particles without causing segregation. The moisture content is strictly controlled below 0.1%, avoiding foaming during high-temperature processing.
Mainly applicable to polypropylene automotive interior parts, household appliance plastic shells, food packaging polypropylene films and polypropylene masterbatch production. Typical use scenarios include adding 0.5-1.5% of this wax powder to polypropylene automotive interior parts to improve the demolding performance and surface smoothness of the parts; mixing into polypropylene masterbatch to improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers in the masterbatch; and using in food packaging films to meet food safety standards and improve the processing efficiency of the production line.
