It has good compatibility with a variety of resins such as PE, PP, ABS and PC, and can be widely used in various types of plastic masterbatch production. In addition, it has low acid value and will not corrode the production equipment, ensuring the service life of the equipment.

Product specifications:

The specific technical parameters are as follows: melting point between 102 and 108℃, acid value ≤1.0 mgKOH/g, melt flow rate between 20 and 30 g/10min, density between 0.93 and 0.95 g/cm³, volatile content ≤0.2%, molecular weight distributed between 1200 and 2000, appearance as white uniform granules, excellent dispersibility for pigments and fillers. It has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PC and other common resins, and the recommended addition amount is 3-8% of the total weight of the masterbatch formula. The product is packaged in 25kg woven bags with moisture-proof lining, which is convenient for transportation and storage.

Product application:
