Post RFQ
This product is made of synthetic high-density polyethylene wax, with uniform particle size and excellent dispersibility in plastic matrices. Its melting point is compatible with the high-temperature environment of plastic processing, and its low acid value ensures good compatibility with most plastic substrates without precipitation problems. Compared with traditional block wax, the micropowder form is easier to feed and mix, solving the pain points of uneven dispersion and cumbersome feeding of block wax in plastic systems. It can effectively reduce the friction between the plastic melt and the screw and mold, improving the fluidity of the melt and reducing energy consumption during processing.

The particle size distribution is D10=12μm, D90=38μm, with D50 controlled at 24-26μm. The melting point is 107-113℃, density 0.94-0.96g/cm³, acid value ≤0.4mg KOH/g, ash content ≤0.04%, penetration 2-3mm at 25℃, apparent density 0.55-0.65g/cm³. It is packaged in 25kg industrial woven bags, with a shelf life of 36 months when stored in a ventilated and dry environment. All performance indicators meet the standards of international plastic auxiliary agents.
It is suitable for demoulding of polyolefin injection molded products, processing lubrication of PVC profiles, extrusion modification of engineering plastics, internal lubricant of rubber products, and wear-resistant auxiliary agent of coatings. It can also be used as a polishing agent for plastic products, improving their surface gloss and scratch resistance.
