This product complies with FDA food contact safety regulations, with uniform particle size and excellent dispersibility in food systems. Compared with traditional block wax products, the micropowder form is easier to add and disperse, avoiding the problems of uneven coating and poor adhesion caused by block wax. It has stable physical and chemical properties, low moisture content, and will not affect the taste or safety of food products. It can effectively solve the pain points of traditional wax additives, such as difficult to quantify, poor mixing uniformity, and insufficient anti-sticking effect, helping food processing enterprises improve production efficiency and product quality consistency.

The particle size distribution of this beeswax micropowder is D10=5μm, D90=15μm, with D50 controlled at 10μm. The melting point is 63-66℃, moisture content ≤0.1%, acid value 16-19mg KOH/g, saponification value 82-93mg KOH/g, apparent density 0.45-0.55g/cm³. The heavy metal content is ≤10ppm, peroxide value ≤5meq/kg. It is packaged in 25kg food-grade PE bags, with a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place. All performance indicators meet the requirements of international food additive standards.
It is suitable for demoulding of baking food molds, anti-sticking coating of candy and chocolate, lamination modification of dairy product packaging, chewing gum base modification, and waterproof coating of food contact paper. It can also be used as a glazing agent for dried fruits and nuts, improving their surface gloss and extending shelf life by reducing moisture penetration.
