The amorphous microcrystalline structure brings excellent flexibility, which can improve the bending resistance of candles and avoid cracking during daily storage; high gloss can improve the appearance texture of cosmetic creams, giving the product a delicate skin feel; extremely low impurity content ensures product safety, which can be used in skin care products and lip care products that directly contact the skin; it has excellent compatibility with all kinds of oils, and will not appear delamination and precipitation problems.
The average particle size is 5-12μm, melting point is 65-70℃, softening point is 58-62℃, acid value is ≤0.2mgKOH/g, volatile matter is ≤0.4%, moisture content is ≤0.1%, density is 0.94g/cm³, flash point is 210℃, packaged in 20kg sealed cartons, which meets the EU cosmetics regulation EC 1223/2009 standard.
It is used as a gloss regulator for makeup products, improving the color rendering and ductility of lipstick and eye shadow; as a toughening agent for candles, extending the burning time of candles and reducing the generation of wax tears; used as a plasticizing and slip modifier for rubber products, improving the hand feel of rubber products; it can also be used for coating processing of food packaging wax paper, improving the moisture resistance of packaging.
