Post RFQ
Adopts gas phase polymerization and air jet crushing technology to ensure uniform particle size and no large particles, avoiding blockage in production; high crystallinity brings excellent wear resistance, with higher scratch resistance than ordinary HDPE wax; the thermal decomposition temperature is as high as 280℃, which can adapt to the high-temperature processing temperature of PP and ABS; it has excellent compatibility with polyolefin substrates, and will not appear precipitation and whitening problems, maintaining the appearance consistency of products.

The average particle size is 3-8μm, melting point is 145-150℃, softening point is 138-142℃, acid value is ≤0.3mgKOH/g, volatile matter is ≤0.3%, moisture content is ≤0.08%, density is 0.96g/cm³, thermal decomposition temperature ≥280℃, packaged in 25kg sealed moisture-proof cartons, which meets the REACH regulation SVHC unrestricted requirements of the European Union.
It is used as a demolding and slip additive for PP injection molded products, improving the ejection efficiency of products; as an interface modifier for carbon fiber composite materials, improving the interlaminar shear strength of composite materials; as a dispersion carrier for color masterbatches, improving the dispersion uniformity of pigments in resin; it is suitable for high-end manufacturing scenarios such as automotive parts, electronic shells and packaging films.
