Adopts precise cracking and molecular weight control technology to ensure narrow particle size distribution and better dispersion than ordinary wax powder; low acid value and volatile matter ensure no odor or bubbles in downstream products; the self-contained lubrication system can reduce equipment wear by more than 30%, while improving the surface finish and wear resistance of plastic products; compared with traditional granular wax, the micropowder form does not require additional crushing, and can be directly added to meet processing requirements, reducing production process costs.

The average particle size is 5-10μm, melting point is 138-142℃, softening point is 125-130℃, acid value is ≤0.5mgKOH/g, volatile matter is ≤0.5%, moisture content is ≤0.1%, packaged in 25kg sealed cartons, which meets the food contact material safety standard (FDA 21 CFR 175.300), with a density of 0.95g/cm³ and a molecular weight distribution span of ≤1.2.
It is used as a processing lubricating additive for PVC pipes and profiles, which can increase the extrusion speed by more than 15%; used for matting and wear-resistant modification of water-based inks and powder coatings; as an internal release agent for rubber products, reducing the frequency of mold cleaning; it can also be used for viscosity enhancement and slip modification of hot melt adhesives, adapting to the production needs of packaging, building materials, automotive interiors and other industries.
