It supports custom setting of aging time, load type and cycle times, which can meet the aging testing requirements of different types of low-voltage motors. The built-in insulation degradation monitoring system can detect the change of motor insulation resistance in real time, and give an early warning when the insulation performance decreases. It supports WiFi and Ethernet communication interfaces, which can realize remote monitoring and control of the aging test process, and the test data can be automatically saved and generated into standardized test reports. The fault alarm system can send alarm information in time when abnormal conditions such as overcurrent and overheating occur, avoiding equipment damage caused by long-term testing.

The adaptable motor power range is 0.75kW-200kW, with a rated voltage of AC380V±10% 50Hz. The test items include long-term aging test (setting time 1-999 hours), load cycle test, fault simulation test and insulation degradation monitoring (insulation resistance measurement range 0-1000MΩ, accuracy ±2%). The overall dimensions are 3000mm (length) * 2000mm (width) * 2000mm (height), with a total weight of 2500kg. It is equipped with a 23.8-inch industrial control touch screen, with a data storage capacity of 100,000 test records. The protection grade is IP20, and it supports remote monitoring and control via the industrial Internet platform. The whole machine adopts a modular load configuration, which can be quickly adjusted according to different motor power.
