It is equipped with a 5G communication module, supporting remote control, real-time data transmission and cloud storage, and realizing cross-regional test data management. It adopts 0.2-level high-precision measurement sensors, which far exceed the industry standards, and can meet the precision testing requirements of ultra-high voltage transformers. It supports fully automatic test process, which can complete all project tests without unattended operation, greatly improving test efficiency and solving the pain points of traditional test benches with cumbersome operation and high labor costs.

The test voltage range covers 0-1000kV AC and DC, the maximum test capacity is 10000kVA, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.2 level. It is equipped with a 15-inch industrial touch screen, supporting multi-language operation interfaces. The data storage capacity reaches 50,000 sets of test data, supporting 5G, Ethernet and RS485 communication interfaces. The whole machine has a protection level of IP20, adopts 380V 50Hz three-phase power supply, the net weight is 2500kg, and the overall dimensions are 2200*1800*2000mm.
