This test stand is specially optimized for the testing of servo motors, with a torque measurement accuracy of up to ±0.05% FS and positioning accuracy of ±1 arcsec, meeting the high-precision testing requirements of high-end servo motors. It supports dynamic response testing of servo motors, including step response test, speed regulation characteristic test and load mutation test, which can fully evaluate the dynamic performance of servo motors. It supports multiple industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, which can realize real-time data interaction with servo drivers and upper computer software, facilitating automated testing and debugging. In addition, it is equipped with a professional servo motor debugging software, which can automatically generate debugging schemes and optimize the control parameters of servo motors.

The overall size of the test stand is 1500mm × 1000mm × 1800mm, with a net weight of 580kg. The maximum test speed is 30000 rpm, and the maximum test torque is 100N·m (for 50kW servo motors). The dynamic response time is less than 0.1ms, and the data acquisition frequency is up to 10000Hz. The operating temperature range is 10℃ to 35℃, and the storage temperature range is -10℃ to 60℃. It is equipped with a 12-inch industrial LCD touch screen, and the supporting debugging software supports English and Chinese operating interfaces. It has passed CE and ISO9001 certifications, ensuring the reliability of long-term high-precision testing.
