Adopts a mine-used explosion-proof shell design, which has passed the national coal mine safety certification, with a protection level of Ex d IMB T4, which can be used safely in the explosive gas environment of coal mines underground. It is equipped with over-voltage, over-current and leakage protection modules to ensure the operational safety of underground testing. It adapts to the special power supply for coal mines underground, supporting 380V three-phase power supply without additional modification. It adopts a compact design, adapting to the narrow working space in coal mines underground, solving the pain point that traditional test benches cannot enter underground operations.

The test voltage range is 0-10kV AC, the maximum test capacity is 1000kVA, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.5 level. It is equipped with an 8-inch LCD screen, supporting Chinese operation interface. The data storage capacity is 2000 sets of test data, supporting RS485 communication interface. The whole machine has a protection level of Ex d IMB T4 for mine explosion protection, adopts 380V 50Hz three-phase power supply, the net weight is 650kg, and the overall dimensions are 1200*800*1000mm.
It is suitable for regular inspection of mobile transformers in coal mines underground, distribution transformer inspection in ground substations of coal mines, transformer maintenance and inspection by coal mine mechanical and electrical departments, and safety inspection of underground transformers in non-coal mines. It can cover all test items of mine-used flameproof transformers with voltage levels from 6kV to 10kV.
