The overall size of the test stand is 1800mm × 1200mm × 2000mm, with a net weight of 850kg. The maximum test speed is 20000 rpm, and the dynamometer loading range is 0-2000N·m. The data acquisition frequency can be adjusted from 10Hz to 2000Hz, and the test data sampling accuracy is up to 16bit. The operating temperature range is 10℃ to 35℃, and the storage temperature range is -10℃ to 60℃. It is equipped with a 15-inch industrial LCD touch screen, and the supporting analysis software supports multiple languages including English, Chinese and Spanish. It has passed CE, UL and ISO9001 certifications, ensuring the reliability of long-term high-load testing.
This test stand is mainly suitable for motor manufacturing enterprises, national energy efficiency testing institutions, import and export trade companies and third-party testing laboratories.
