Optimizes the test sampling frequency for the high-frequency response characteristics of new energy transformers, supporting a maximum sampling rate of 10kHz to accurately capture the dynamic response data of transformers. It is equipped with a WiFi communication module, which can directly upload test data to the operation and maintenance management platform of new energy power stations without additional data transmission equipment. The built-in grid-connected test compliance check module can automatically compare the test data with the national new energy grid-connected standards and generate compliance test reports. It adopts anti-electromagnetic interference design, which can operate stably in the strong electromagnetic environment of photovoltaic power stations, solving the pain point that traditional test benches have reduced test accuracy in strong electromagnetic scenarios.

The test voltage range is 0-35kV AC, the maximum test capacity is 2000kVA, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.5 level. It is equipped with a 12-inch industrial touch screen, supporting multi-language operation. The data storage capacity is 8000 sets of test data, supporting Ethernet and WiFi wireless communication. The whole machine has a protection level of IP30, adopts 380V 50Hz three-phase power supply, the net weight is 850kg, and the overall dimensions are 1600*1000*1300mm.
It is suitable for factory spot inspection and grid-connected testing of step-up transformers in distributed photovoltaic power stations, performance verification of box-type transformers in onshore wind power projects, special testing of new energy transformers by new energy transformer manufacturers, and regular inspection of self-provided transformers in new energy power generation enterprises. It can cover all test items of photovoltaic special transformers and wind power step-up transformers with voltage levels from 10kV to 35kV.
