The 10.4-inch touch screen supports one-click test process, without professional debugging to complete all project tests. The built-in data encryption storage module can prevent test data from tampering, and supports remote data upload to the enterprise quality inspection platform, solving the industry pain points of traditional test benches with chaotic data management and difficult traceability. It adopts modular design, which can be expanded with additional test modules according to user needs to adapt to transformers of different capacity levels.

The test voltage range covers 0-500kV AC and DC, the maximum test capacity is 5000kVA, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.5 level. It is equipped with a 10.4-inch industrial touch screen, supporting multi-language operation interfaces. The data storage capacity reaches 10,000 sets of test data, supporting Ethernet and RS485 communication interfaces. The whole machine has a protection level of IP20, adopts 380V 50Hz three-phase power supply, the net weight is 1200kg, and the overall dimensions are 1800*1200*1500mm.
It is suitable for factory spot inspection of power transformer manufacturers, performance appraisal of transformers by provincial electric power research institutes, teaching experiments of electrical engineering majors in colleges and universities, and regular inspection of self-provided transformers in large industrial and mining enterprises.
