The built-in one-click testing process allows operators to operate independently after only 30 minutes of training, greatly reducing employment thresholds. It supports one-click export of test data in CSV format, facilitating enterprises to conduct quality traceability and report generation. At the same time, it is equipped with RS485 and USB interfaces, which can connect to the existing MES system of the factory, realizing interconnection of production data and solving the industry pain point of data islands in traditional testing equipment.

The adaptable motor power range is 0.75kW-315kW, with a rated voltage of AC380V±10% 50Hz. The test items include stator insulation resistance test (range 0-1000MΩ, accuracy ±2%), turn-to-turn voltage withstand test (0-5000V, accuracy ±1%), no-load current and voltage test, and locked-rotor torque test. The equipment has an overall dimensions of 1800mm (length) * 1200mm (width) * 1700mm (height), with a total weight of 1200kg. It is equipped with a 15-inch industrial touch screen, with a data storage capacity of 10,000 test records. The protection grade is IP20, and the operation mode supports touch screen operation and physical button assistance. The overall shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with plastic spraying, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
