Adopting modular ceramic patch design, which can customize the patch specifications according to the pipeline size, and the installation is convenient without large-scale welding equipment. The shear strength of the high-temperature epoxy adhesive is ≥20MPa, ensuring that the ceramic patches will not fall off under the impact of high-flow media. The base body is galvanized to improve overall corrosion resistance, suitable for transportation of strong acid and alkali corrosive media. The flange connection adopts a quick sealing structure, reducing installation time and construction costs.

The base material is galvanized Q355 carbon steel, the ceramic patch size is 100mm×100mm×5mm, the single patch thickness is 5mm, the nominal diameter range is DN40~DN500mm, the bending angle covers 45°, 90° and 180°, the rated pressure is PN6~PN16, the working temperature range is -10℃ to 150℃, the acid and alkali resistance level reaches grade 1 of GB/T 1763 standard, and the packaging uses standard cartons, with 2~4 pieces per box, which is convenient for warehousing and transportation.

It is mainly used in acid and alkali slurry transportation pipelines in the chemical industry, sludge transportation systems in sewage treatment plants, and corrosive material transportation pipelines in the food and beverage industry. It is especially suitable for scenarios that require rapid replacement of worn parts, and can provide effective protection for more than 2.5 years in corrosive working conditions, reducing the pipeline maintenance costs of enterprises.
