The shear strength of the high-temperature epoxy adhesive is ≥20MPa, ensuring that the ceramic patches will not fall off under the impact of high-flow media. The base body is galvanized to improve overall corrosion resistance, suitable for transportation of strong acid and alkali corrosive media. The flange connection adopts a quick sealing structure, reducing installation time and construction costs.
The base material is galvanized Q355 carbon steel, the ceramic patch size is 100mm×100mm×5mm, the single patch thickness is 5mm, the nominal diameter range is DN40~DN500mm, the bending angle covers 45°, 90° and 180°, the rated pressure is PN6~PN16, the working temperature range is -10℃ to 150℃, the acid and alkali resistance level reaches grade 1 of GB/T 1763 standard, and the packaging uses standard cartons, with 2~4 pieces per box, which is convenient for warehousing and transportation.
