Adopting integrally formed ceramic lining process, the bonding strength is increased by 40% compared with traditional adhesive ceramic elbows. The hardness of the ceramic layer reaches above HRA85, which is far more wear-resistant than ordinary wear-resistant materials. It can resist the scouring of strong wear media such as ore slurry and coal powder. The flange connection is precisely processed to ensure installation tightness and reduce the risk of medium leakage. It also has good low-temperature resistance, and can operate stably in cold working conditions without additional anti-freezing treatment.

The base material is Q235B carbon steel, the alumina ceramic lining content is 92%, the ceramic layer thickness is 10mm, the nominal diameter range is DN50~DN600mm, the bending angle covers 45°, 90° and 180°, the rated pressure is PN10~PN25, the working temperature range is -20℃ to 800℃, the flange standard conforms to GB/T 9119, the weight of a single elbow ranges from 12kg to 850kg, and the packaging uses fumigation-free wooden boxes, which meet the requirements of international trade transportation.

It is mainly used in ore slurry transportation pipelines of mining concentrators, coal powder transportation systems of thermal power plants, and cement clinker transportation pipelines of the building materials industry. It can effectively extend the service life of pipelines by 3 to 5 times, reduce the number of shutdowns for maintenance, and reduce the operation and maintenance costs of enterprises. It is suitable for transportation scenarios of wear-resistant media such as solid particles, slurry and dust.
