The core advantage of this product lies in its one-piece sintered ceramic lining, which forms a metallurgical bond with the base material to avoid falling off during long-term use. The flange connection design ensures good sealing performance, reducing the risk of medium leakage. It meets the industry standards for chemical pipeline connections, and can adapt to most chemical plant pipeline layout requirements. Compared with ordinary carbon steel elbows, its service life can be extended by more than 8 times, effectively reducing the annual maintenance cost of the pipeline system.

The nominal diameter ranges from DN50 to DN1200, with optional bending angles of 45°, 90° and 180°. The hardness of the ceramic lining reaches HRA≥85, and the thickness error of the base material is controlled within ±0.5mm. The flange conforms to the HG/T20592 national standard, and the sealing surface is polished to ensure flatness. Each elbow weighs between 2.3kg and 120kg according to different specifications, and can be customized according to user's special requirements for length and angle.

It is mainly applicable to fluid transportation pipelines in chemical plants, including acid and alkali slurry transportation systems, industrial powder conveying pipelines, sewage treatment sludge pipelines, and fluid transmission networks in chemical parks. It can also be used in pharmaceutical production lines and food processing pipelines that require wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant requirements.
