Adopting segmented ceramic lining process to ensure that the ceramic layer of large-diameter elbows is evenly fitted, with high bonding strength and no large-area shedding. The thick-walled carbon steel base can withstand the impact of large-flow materials. The custom large-diameter flange meets the connection standards of large pipelines, and can be perfectly adapted to the pipeline system during installation. The hardness of the ceramic layer reaches above HRA85, which can resist strong wear of bulk materials such as ores and sand, and the service life is more than 4 times that of ordinary steel elbows.

The nominal diameter range is DN600~DN2000mm, the base thickness is 18~25mm, the ceramic layer thickness is 12~18mm, the bending angle can be selected from 60° and 90°, the rated pressure is PN6~PN16, the working temperature range is -20℃ to 600℃, the weight of a single elbow can reach 2.5 tons, and the packaging uses custom wooden frames to ensure no damage during transportation, suitable for large containers and flat trailer transportation.

It is mainly used in bulk cargo loading and unloading transportation pipelines of ports, tailings transportation systems of large mines, and sediment transportation pipelines of large water conservancy projects. It can effectively handle high-flow, high-wear bulk material transportation scenarios, reduce the frequency of large pipeline replacement, reduce the operation and maintenance costs of large industrial projects, and improve the stability and efficiency of material transportation.
