Adopting high-temperature resistant alumina ceramic materials and special high-temperature binders, it can operate stably in a high-temperature environment of 1200℃. It has excellent thermal shock resistance, with no cracking or shedding after 10 1200℃ water quenching tests. The hardness of the ceramic layer reaches above HRA85, which can resist the scouring wear of high-temperature dust. The welded connection method ensures structural stability under high-temperature working conditions and avoids flange loosening. The surface is coated with high-temperature anti-corrosion coating to further improve the service life.

The nominal diameter range is DN50~DN600mm, the ceramic layer thickness is 12mm, the base material is 12Cr1MoV high temperature carbon steel, the working temperature range is -20℃ to 1200℃, the thermal shock resistance level conforms to GB/T 16508 standard, the rated pressure is PN10~PN25, the bending angle can be selected from 45°, 90° and 135°, the weight of a single elbow ranges from 20kg to 900kg, and the packaging uses fumigation-free wooden boxes, which meet the transportation requirements of high-temperature industrial accessories.

It is mainly used in blast furnace flue gas transportation pipelines of the metallurgical industry, kiln flue gas dust removal systems of the building materials industry, and high-temperature flue gas treatment pipelines of waste incineration plants. It can operate stably for more than 3 years under the working conditions of high-temperature dust and corrosive flue gas, effectively reducing the maintenance costs of high-temperature pipelines and improving the continuity of high-temperature industrial production.
