The core feature of this product is its 15-20mm thick ceramic layer, which is 30% thicker than standard ceramic elbows, enhancing its impact resistance and anti-wear performance under high-concentration ore slurry transportation. The welding connection design ensures firm connection with the main pipeline, avoiding pipeline separation caused by medium impact. It has good corrosion resistance to acidic ore slurry, and can be customized according to the actual conveying volume and pipeline layout of mineral processing plants. Each product has passed strict wear resistance testing in a professional laboratory to ensure its service life meets the design requirements.

Nominal diameters range from DN100 to DN800, with a ceramic layer thickness of 15-20mm. The alumina content is 92%±2%, with a material density of ≥3.4 g/cm³. The pressure rating is between PN25 and PN64, adapting to high-pressure pipeline systems in mineral processing plants. The applicable elbow angles include 30°, 60° and 90°, which can meet the needs of different pipeline turning points. The surface is treated with anti-cracking treatment to avoid ceramic layer falling off during transportation and installation. It meets the national mining industry equipment safety standards and has passed relevant performance tests.

This ceramic elbow is mainly used in the ore slurry transportation pipeline, crushing material conveying system and tailings discharge pipeline of mineral processing plants. It is also suitable for the sand and gravel conveying pipeline of hydropower stations and the material conveying system of construction waste recycling plants. In the actual use of mineral processing plants, it can effectively reduce the maintenance frequency of pipelines, reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel, and improve the overall production efficiency of the plant. It is very suitable for mineral processing projects with large conveying volume and high wear requirements.
