The core advantage of this product lies in its composite structure: the base is made of 90% alumina ceramic with excellent wear resistance, and the surface is coated with a 0.5mm thick PTFE layer, which has strong corrosion resistance to most inorganic acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The flange connection design with rubber gasket ensures good sealing performance, avoiding leakage of corrosive media. It has a wide temperature adaptation range from -40℃ to 180℃, which can meet the needs of different chemical production processes. The product has passed strict corrosion resistance tests and can be customized according to the actual medium type and pipeline parameters of users.

Nominal diameters range from DN50 to DN500, with a standard ceramic thickness of 8-12mm. The surface PTFE coating thickness is 0.5mm±0.1mm, and the adhesion strength between the coating and the ceramic base is ≥5MPa. The alumina content is 90%±2%, with a material density of ≥3.2 g/cm³. The pressure rating ranges from PN10 to PN32, adapting to conventional chemical pipeline pressure requirements. Applicable elbow angles include 15°, 90° and 180°, which can meet the needs of different pipeline turning designs. Each product has passed salt spray corrosion tests and wear resistance tests to ensure its performance meets the requirements of chemical industry applications.

This ceramic elbow is mainly used in the corrosive medium transportation pipeline of chemical plants, such as the transportation of acid pickling solution, alkaline cleaning solution and chemical powder. It is also suitable for the sewage treatment pipeline of papermaking plants and the waste liquid discharge pipeline of pharmaceutical factories. In the actual use process, it can effectively resist the corrosion of various corrosive media and reduce the wear of high-speed flowing media, greatly reducing the frequency of pipeline replacement and maintenance, and improving the safety and stability of chemical production.
