The hardness of 95% alumina ceramic reaches above HRA90, and its wear resistance is more than 20 times that of ordinary carbon steel. The integrally formed structure avoids medium infiltration and ceramic sheet shedding caused by splicing gaps. It can withstand high temperatures up to 900℃ and operate stably in high-temperature coal powder transportation scenarios. It has good resistance to weak acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for transportation of materials containing a small amount of corrosive components. The butt welding connection method has stronger sealing performance after installation and reduces maintenance workload.

The nominal diameter range is DN80~DN800mm, the ceramic layer thickness is 12mm, the density is ≥3.8g/cm³, the bending angle can be selected from 45°, 90° and 135°, the rated pressure is PN16~PN40, the working temperature range is -40℃ to 900℃, the surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, the butt welding groove conforms to ASME B16.25 standard, the weight of a single elbow ranges from 18kg to 1200kg, and the packaging uses custom wooden pallets suitable for container shipping and international export standards.

It is mainly used in coal powder transportation systems of thermal power plants, high-temperature flue gas dust removal pipelines of the metallurgical industry, and weak corrosive slurry transportation pipelines of the chemical industry. It is especially suitable for scenarios with high requirements for wear resistance and high temperature resistance, which can significantly reduce the frequency of pipeline replacement and improve the continuity and stability of industrial production.
