The ceramic lining adopts anti-falling sintering process, which can adapt to the high-speed flow of sand and mud media. The quick flange connection design is suitable for rapid installation requirements of offshore operations, reducing installation time. The zinc-rich primer and topcoat improve the seawater corrosion resistance, and it has passed the classification society certification. It can reduce the operation interruption caused by pipeline wear and improve the construction efficiency of dredging projects.

The nominal diameter ranges from DN150 to DN2000, with optional bending angles of 30°, 45°, 90° and 180°. The purity of the ceramic lining is ≥96% Al2O3, and the thickness of the base material is ≥10mm. The flange sealing surface is designed with anti-slip lines to improve sealing performance. The maximum weight of a single elbow can reach 280kg, and it can be customized with extended length according to user requirements.

It is mainly used in river dredging pipelines, port reclamation engineering transportation systems, mud transportation pipelines of offshore oil production platforms, and material transportation pipelines of coastal sand mining ships. It is suitable for various underwater and offshore dredging and material transportation scenarios.
